            This is one of many market that usually crowded in the night or evening. There are many trader of shoes, clothes, fruit, vegetables and any other things, but one thing that special and always be there, that is traditional trader of Food.
            One thing that very special there are many kinds of food that provide in this market. Traditional foods until modern foods were provided in one market that located on Jl. Raya Payangan, Ubud, Bali. One kind of traditional food is Babi Guling, in international Babi Guling means “Roast Fork or Sulking pig” that was cooked with special Balinese traditional spices.
            I really recommended for who will come to Bali  to visit and enjoy the awesome taste of pure from “The Babi Guling khas Bali”. May be in other country there are food like Roast Fork, but only in Bali you can see and taste babi guling I think, because as we know only Bali that use many item of special spices during cooking the food . Mostly the taste of Babi guling are little bit spice (the taste of chilies) , strong lemongrass and turmeric. The rest of the ingredient absolutely very special and secret to make special taste of Balinese traditional food.

I was came at Payangan on 1st april 2014 right on ngembak day right the day after silent day (nyepi), there are so many people walk around to taste all the food that this market served.
